Modern psychology is not an innocent helping-discipline to carelessly borrow from the left-hand kingdom and merge with pastoral theology. There are theories and techniques in psychology that grossly distort Christian truth and inflict grave spiritual damage. Christian pastors should be primarily concerned with theology, not psychology.
